Postage and handling (P&H) charges cover the cost of dispatching your order and delivering it to you.

There are fixed Standard P&H rates if you order less than $150. Moreover, Free Shipping applies for all orders over $150.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express* for payment methods. You can also pay by PayPal online. Also, if you are eligible for PayPal Pay Later or PayPal Instalment, you can use this method.

*Please note a three per cent [3%] surcharge applies for American Express cards due to higher processing charges levied by these card issuers.

We do not accept Cheque or Bank Transfers. Also, we do not provide Cash On Delivery.

The majority of orders are dispatched from the Healthcare First Supply warehouse in the USA, UK, Turkey, China and Australia within 2 business days.  

Please allow up to an additional seven days for Australia Post to deliver your order.

Some of our best-selling products can take up to 28 days to be delivered at times if we are experiencing unexpected levels of demand.
