How Do I Measure My Blood Pressure to Obtain Accurate Results?
1：Wait 30 minutes before measuring after drinking coffee,taking a bath,or any physical activity.Before turning on the device,sit straight up in a chair,put your feet flat on the ground,and relax.
2：Place the cuff on your left arm above your elbow so that the edge is about 1 inch (2-3 cm) above your elbow joint,use your index finger to check for tightness,and adjust the cuff so that the tube is in the middle of your arm on your elbow side.
3：Put your left palm up and place your elbow on a table or flat surface,cuff should be about the same hight of your chest. Sit straight and relax,don't move or talk,and breathe regularly.
4：Turn on the blood pressure monitor.The results will appear on the screen.You'll see your systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,and heart beats per minute.
