    This is great but not stretchy (neither part)i’m 280 and got a xl it fits but is very tight so i’d recommend to size up if you’re not sure. I will say this one is def for just wearing around when you’re not exercising bc of the material you’d have to wash it pretty often. And i will say the zipper is very plastic cheap feeling but other than that it’s pretty good for the price.

    This is a semi elastic rubber sided waist trainer. Zips up and has 2 velcro closures in the front for extra support. I am 5’4″ 150 and i ordered the xxl and could have fitted the xl but this one works for what i wanted it for which is a back brace. I love it because it gives me enough support without my allowing my body to rely on the “brace” so my core is still getting a workout amd my waist is melting in the process. Works great for what i need it for and will most likely be ordering an xl within the month.

    I loved this item and its great, it fits nicely. i was skeptical because the comments say that it fits smaller but it just depends on your body type. im 187 lbs and fit the small, it does fight snuggly but of course it’s a waist trainer, thats what its supposed to do ! the only con in my opinion is the zipper is cheap quality so its bound to break faster than higher end waist trainers. mine hasn’t broke yet as i’ve only gotten this like 2 days ago but no complaints yet!

    ONE OF THE BEST BELTS I HAVE TRIED, I am a size S and they tighten just as they should, they always fit a bit big on me, at first it’s hard to pull up the clasp, maybe it’s because of the quality but once it’s up it pulls down, this can be solved with the adjustable straps, the clasp works perfectly.
