    They really open the nostrils and they are very comfortable to wear compared to the magnetic type. I like the bright colours as well. I have found that the magnetic type pop out of the nose and bright colours make these much easier to find. They are washable. They don’t come with a case. These won’t stop you from snoring completely but they really help lower the volume my spouse says. Worth a try! I am very pleased with them and I plan to get some more.
