I have a slight nasal deviation and these strips allow for better airflow during sleep. I wake up more rested than without them, and this is objectively confirmed by my watch. When I wear them, my HRV increases significantly (from 25-30 to 35-40), my respiratory rate is lower (from 16 to 15 breaths per minute, indicating easier breathing), and my heart rate is also lower on average (50-55 instead of 55-60). Works just as well as solutions with magnets except it’s 10x easier to put on You need to remember to thoroughly degrease the external surface of your nose before, otherwise it won’t stick. When the skin is very clean, it’s even delicate enough to remove them in the morning because they hold so well. ^^

It really makes a difference! If you have difficulty breathing though your nose in daily life and during your sleep then i think you’ll enjoy this. I put it on and was surprised instantly. If you hold your nostrils open with your fingers and breathe, having this nose strip on feels similar to that. If you’re someone who has a deviated septum then this isn’t going to fix it, but it will definitely make it easier to breathe!

“i can’t believe i’ve been trying to sleep without these my whole life, they make a decent improvement on opening sinus and helping air flow. I have a pretty big nose and the large size fits perfectly, adhesive stays on all night and is easily peeled of with a little water around the edges. They won’t stick properly if you put them on after moisturiser though, so a little toner on the nose and they can last as long as you need. Great value for price too
