    Let me explain what this formula really means:
    👍 Relatively safe or common ingredients
    Glycerin → moisturizer, helps prevent eyelashes from drying out.
    Hydroxyethylcellulose → a thickening agent to give the serum its texture.
    Polysorbate 60 → a cosmetic emulsifier.
    Carnosine and Glutathione → antioxidants (protect against damage).
    Nonapeptide-1 → a peptide that some brands use to “stimulate” or strengthen hair follicles.
    Peptides in cosmetics are often used to strengthen or improve the appearance of hair, although many lack strong evidence of actually promoting hair growth. ⚠️ Ingredients that may cause irritation (especially for sensitive eyes): Triethanolamine → adjusts pH; can irritate if it gets into the eyes, especially when near them.
    Phenoxyethanol → a common preservative; safe in low concentrations, but some people find it irritating. 🤔 Something important to note: This serum doesn’t contain the most well-known ingredients for actual eyelash growth, such as:
    prostaglandins (bimatoprost)
    specific peptides like myristoyl pentapeptide-17.
