This item is designed for people with disabilities or an elderly, but I don’t know how they except they use this poorly made product from soft plastic to take a weight of a heavy person? Additionally it’s very low making so difficult for these people to sit on it. Not safe at all. I believe Temu needs to do more quality control specifically for medical related products that may cause safety issues. I couldn’t use this for my elderly family member. It’s unsafe. Returned. Please refund my money.

This product was packed well. Upon opening box, it was easy to put together. Then the test…… I sat on the toilet. It didn’t rock or crumble inwards. It is solid and lightweight, and does the job it was intended for. I love the ease and handiness of this product and have told lots of people how great it is. Thankyou!.

fast delivery by the seller. item is cute and serves its purpose. the only negative thing I can say is when connecting the 2nd layer it seems there is not enough plastic to hold it in place. other than that I am happy with the item.

It comes without instructions for assembly which is confusing with so many different parts to put together. I’m sure it will be great if we ever get it put together. Size looks good.
