    Delivery took a week, and I was a bit surprised that it didn’t turn on when it first arrived. It seems that the battery may have been discharged because it’s probably an old product. When charging, it turned on fortunately, but there seems to be an issue with the battery. It seems unlikely to be possible by the 5th. And the firmware update is not working. It seems that Fitbit no longer provides this. Considering it’s an old product, overall I’m satisfied.

    I have had and used a fitbit charge2 for the last 7 years or more.

    The only problem i have experienced is the battery is now needing charging every 2 days.

    The one you delivered to me had been opened previuosly and the unit had already been uesed.

    It was already set up with a langauge that was mostly not english and i could not change any of the pre settings. Already displated.

    I am very dissapointed and will likely not buy from alixpress again.

    I am very disappointed with the yodel delivery service. The courier telephone me on 03.01.26 and asked me to confirm my house number, address and postcode as my order would be delivered that day. I did not receive my order. On wed 07.01 a lady from further down the road came to our door with my parcel, we were told the parcel had been left on her doorstep about 4 days ago. Although parcel had my name the house no was not on the label and it had taken her time to discover where i live.

    I thought i should bring this to your attention. I have not found a way of contacting yodel direct.

    I am very disappointed with this fitbit charge 2. Admittedly, it arrived in all it’s sealed factory packaging, but it’s rubbish, it will not accept the update that the fitbit app states it must have to work properly, so in essence, i have bought something that does not work. 🤨

    Arrived on time, took a while for it to charge and i didn’t think i placed it correctly on the charger as no lights were showing however i did have it on correctly. It was easy to use once it was fully charged. I’ve only just discovered that you can tap the top of it to look at each display which is easier than pressing the side button.
    The sleep mode is not entirely accurate as i had an hours rest which it counted as sleep and i was reading the whole time. Overall it’s ok, it’s a slim band which i also like

    What can you offer me?
    I really like the band and it counts the steps perfectly.
    But unfortunately, the battery was fully charged at 6:00 a.m. at the start and by 4:00 p.m. there was no display anymore (battery empty).

    Don’t buy this watch!!!!! they were manufactured in 2020 so it is highly likely that they are all faulty. mine didn’t turn on at all from day 1. didn’t charge. absolutely nothing. i requested a refund and after explaining that i couldn’t upload a video and sent screen shots as a back up they decided there wasn’t enough evidence for a refund. do not buy this watch. i will be uninstalling aliexpress as a result of this ridiculous experience.

    Text and KakaoTalk notifications are not supported, and the function of raising the wrist to turn on the screen does not work well. Additionally, the band material is too hard, making it not very comfortable to wear.
