    I don’t understand how users liked this product at all. I bought it based on the reviews and regretted it. The device has a very loud noise coming from the back, it suppresses external sounds and external noises are not understandable because of this noise. I definitely do not recommend it.

    Jinghao have made a quality product let down by harsh audio output with a fair bit of static where they amplify background noise to the extent they are hopeless in some crowded environments. They are easy to use, improve communication, but are not mellow.
    They do not use usb c which suggests they are an old design.

    It’s more like microphones in the ear, which makes the noise of hearing oneself talk very unpleasant.
    Too bad, it’s going to end up at the bottom of a drawer. Plus, having small ears makes it very bulky and not very stable to hold.
    I wanted to test it as I’m starting to lose my hearing, but it’s unbearable with a few extra noises.

    They look great with the case and cable; they were charged after 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    It works every now and then, they make a slight noise, maybe you need to practice, that’s what it says in the manual. unfortunately everything is in English
