To be honest i was seriously skeptical but open minded. I got my first bottle and since that time i have lost 3 inches on my waist……so i would say i’m pretty happy with that. I ate under 15 grams of fat per meal three times a day and did not have to worry about oily bms.
Everyone is different but if you follow the directions and do not exceed the fat gram allowance per meal you should be fine. Usually the stomach issues start when greasy foods are eaten or going over the recommended fat intake is happening. This worked great for me i went from 152 pounds to 137 in about 2 months. I didnot exercise either. If i was hungry in between meals i filled up on veggies like asparagus or or a simple salad with lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber with lemon juice.
Definitely worth a try if you need the boost to lose your weight. The oily bowel movements is what kept me from cheating and helped keep me in line lol
