Analysis of metal fiber fabric:

Made of 316L stainless steel extracted from concentrate, it has been continuously soaked in seawater for 72 hours to improve its conductivity, salt spray resistance, and corrosion resistance, each bundle of fibers contains multiple strands of fibers that effectively shield high and low frequencies, resulting in a shielding rate of up to 99.9%, with a shielding performance of up to 100GHz, at the same time, it has good antibacterial properties. The metal double strands are combined to form a secondary force, and it is not easy to break after thousands of bending experiments per day. After a series of complex processes, it is mixed with 50% pure cotton to obtain 32 high yarn, making the entire bundle of fibers more comfortable and stable in performance. It can be machine washed and worn close to the body.

(1) Combustion detection method:

Burning will burn all the cotton and polyester in the fabric, leaving behind a dense metal mesh that shields electromagnetic waves (Note:this method is only suitable for metal fiber fabrics)

(2) Sliding phone screen detection method:

Pinch a corner of the fabric with your hand to slide the phone screen. Sliding represents that the fabric is conductive and can prevent radiation.
